Who’s on Your List?

96 daysAlthough gifts should not be the intentional focus of Christmas, we all know that they play a role in what is typically the most beautiful holiday of the year.  And honestly, it is a satisfying experience to find the perfect gift for a friend, caregiver, or loved one in your life, and to find it with plenty of time to spare. It truly is better to give than to receive.

Countdown to ChristmasToday’s Countdown to Christmas Challenge is to create your Gift List* and place it in your holiday planner directly behind your calendars.  Begin to list everyone you would like to give a gift to this year.  Once your gift-giving list is complete with names, you can make a conscious effort to brainstorm for gift ideas at home or while out shopping. Be sure to make notes about your ideas and list the final gift once you’ve made or purchased it. Then refer back to the list for future gift-giving occasions such as birthdays or holidays.

* Available as a download in the 100 Days to Christmas 2011 eBook.  Members to ListPlanIt.com can print or download Gift List B in Holidays & Occasions.

  • Susan T.

Would love to win one for my daughter who is turning 8 and is an avid book reader. Her bookshelf is overflowing. Also because of school budget cuts, her school library has been closed. Public library is no better by us, books are old, dirty and missing pages.

    Thanks for the giveaway.

Oh how I would love my own kindle. My youngest daughter has on and I’m totally jeleous that she can take that with her where ever we go and she doesn’t have to drag out the three books she is currently reading. Me on the other hand….not so much. Big book vs. Little kindle…hmmm can’t imagine which would be easier.

  • Nicole N.

I would love a Kindle because I actually already have one and adore it and I know that my book devouring younger sister would love one. The ebook I would keep though!

  • Nicole N.

I also subscribe via email! Seeing the emails everyday helps to keep preparation for the holidays in the front of my mind so even if I don’t do the exact task for the day I still am making progress of some sort!
