Makin’ a List and Checkin’ It Twice

88 daysYou don’t even need to have your Christmas cards yet in order to make a list of the friends and family to whom you would like to send holiday wishes. My family has lived in Kansas, Tulsa, Poland, New Orleans, Connecticut, Oklahoma City, Italy, Great Britain, and Maine, and I have collected friends all along the way. Christmas cards are a great way to stay in touch.

Countdown to ChristmasToday’s Countdown to Christmas Challenge is to create or print out a Cards to Send* list from ListPlanIt.com or create your own, and begin to list everyone to whom you think you might like to send a card. You can always pare down the list later, if it is too overwhelming. This way you have a general idea of how many cards you need to buy or make. Be sure to add these pages to your holiday planner!

Visit the 100 Days to Christmas Facebook page and tell us your favorite apple dessert or fall treat!
* Available as a download in the 100 Days to Christmas 2011 eBook.  Members to ListPlanIt.com can print or download Cards to Send in Holidays & Occasions as a worksheet for your Christmas card list.

How are some of these comments a year ago? it’s throwing me waay off :) Should I gather what addresses i can today? @Asimonis Computerizing is a great idea!

Sorry about that. I’ve been wanting to use Disqus for our comments but couldn’t get it going. I finally got it to work last night and now comments from last year are showing up. I’m fixing it, though. Should be done today.

I woul LOVE a membership to ListPlanit…and here is why…..I have a family of 6, from college to 2nd grade. I have a dear husband who is the president of a local association and who works from 7am-5/5:30pm (not in luring the work he does from home). So between work schedules, association functions, sports, instruments, scouts and any other extracurricular my kids find to join, that alone means I need to be highly organized. On top of that I run a NYS registered daycare with 6 full time children and 2-3 part time school aged children. To top that I’m a piler. Piles and piles of papers in different places. List plan it allows me to look things up based on my needs and helps me remember important things that I can forget with all that I TRY to remember. Especially during the holidays or when we travel.

I would love a membership to ListPlanIt.com because I think they could help me stay organized, be more efficient and have time left to enjoy my family.

ListPlanIt will help me get and, hopefully, stay organized.  We are a family of 5 – mom, dad, grandma and two children under 5.  Dad and Grandma work full time, mom works part time and our two children have many events, activities and play dates to keep track of.  Between our daily lives and the holiday season, we are a busy family.  I am a procrastinator by nature, but scheduling, listing and keeping track of our to-dos helps me stay on top of things.  From what I’ve read here, LisPlanIt will help me even more.
