Costume Planning

83 daysWith just a month until Halloween, now is the time to start discussing your child’s costumes. You’ll need time to find a pattern or the necessary accessories, or even time to receive it in the mail if you are ordering it online.

Countdown to ChristmasToday’s Countdown to Christmas Challenge is to sit down with each child to print or create a Costume Planner* with costume options. Try to get them to narrow down their ideas to their favorite one. Once settled, you can use your Costume Planner to start listing what you’ll need for supplies and then begin to comparison shop and/or search for the components to complete the perfect costume.

* Available as a download in the 100 Days to Christmas 2011 eBook.  Members to ListPlanIt.com can print or download Costume Planner in Holidays & Occasions as a worksheet for your planning the perfect costume.

See ListPlanIt’s Halloween Costume Board on Pinterest.

Visit the 100 Days to Christmas Facebook page and tell us what you have planned for Halloween costumes this year!

I created a binder for Christmas, but I would use this one to hold all my current Christmas information and my other one whold be for the previous years so I would know what I bought for people.  It would really be helpful because mine is really jammed packed with information.

I would use this for the “List Plan it” site so I can store my lists just for that. I have been following 100 days so I have a Christmas planner set up already! Thanks for the great help!

I would use this personally but also for my church as we live in a less fortunate area and give CHRIST-mas basket & goody bags for children who otherwise might not have a gift. It can be SOOO overwhelming at times having 5 birthdays in Nov. and then trying to do my CHRIST-mas shopping and the churches . Last yr. I was finishing my shopping on CHRIST-mas Eve, I had never done that before & I swore after last yr. I would never do that again. So far I am on track with  the 100 days to CHRIST-mas book and the forms from ListPlanIt’s (= Thanks for your consideration

I could use a binder to get my home and holiday organized.  I’ve been meaning to get things documented in one place, but haven’t gotten around to it yet.
